Upřímně, dlouho jsem nevěděla, jaký styl kuchyně zvolit. V IKEA mě uchvátila vystavená kuchyně ve venkovském stylu s doplňky ve starorůžové. Hned jsem si ji představila v našem domečku, jak upeču bábovku a dám ji pod skleněný poklop – ten tam měli vystavený taky!
Ale manželovi se tato moje romantická představa nelíbila, chtěl něco modernějšího. A tak jsem zapátrala na netu a hledala informace, jaké styly kuchyní že jsou teď vlastně in.
Když pominu klasický styl kuchyně, tak aktuálními trendy jsou:
- Moderní styl – reprezentují jej strohé a jednoduché linie, důraz je kladen na funkčnost a neotřelý vzhled. Pracuje se s moderními materiály, jako je umělý kámen, nerez, lesklé skříňky, i v kombinaci s exotickým dřevem. Celkově by se u tohoto stylu měl stírat rozdíl mezi kuchyní a obývákem. Kuchyně by naopak měla s obývákem splývat, je snaha o potlačení jejího tradiční pojetí a vzhledu – dřez je „neviditelný“ (tj. v barvě pracovní desky), spotřebiče vestavěné, digestoř se často mění v malé umělecké dílo.
- Venkovský styl – tvoří protiváhu ke strohosti moderního stylu, vyvolává pocit tepla domova a bezpečí, vzpomínky na prázdniny u babičky. Důraz je kladen na přírodní materiály, dřevo, cihlu a kámen. Speciální větev pak tvoří kuchyně ve francouzském stylu – ty k venkovskému stylu přidávají ještě pastelové barvy, patinou zdobené doplňky, krajku a květinové vzory na tapetách a textiliích.
- Retro styl – představuje návrat do 50. a 60. let, přináší výrazné barvy, bláznivé kombinace, geometrické vzory a syntetické materiály. Ideální je doplnit samotnou kuchyni kredencí s prosklenou vitrínou, plastovými židlemi a pohodlným ušákem.
Hm, tak podle tohoto shrnutí je můj muž jasným zastáncem moderního stylu. A já? Mně se ta venkovská kuchyně z IKEA vážně moc líbila, ale je pravda, že zbytek domu plánujeme spíš v moderním stylu, tak by k tomu ta romantická kuchyně asi úplně neladila.
Když jsme s manželem hledali inspiraci v kuchyňském studiu, zamilovali jsme se do moderně vyhlížející kuchyně s kombinací bílých lesklých skříněk s těmi v dekoru světlého dřeva a se šedou pracovní deskou. Prodejní asistentka nám k tomu doporučila granitový dřez v šedé barvě, která ladila s pracovní deskou.
V tom studiu mě to trochu zaskočilo, zvyklá na náš nerezový dřez jsem o jiném ani neuvažovala, ale když jsem si ho mohla osahat, a pak si přečíst o jeho výhodách, docela mě to přesvědčilo.
Musím ale přiznat, že se mi moc líbí i keramické dřezy. Takže jsem zapátrala po doporučeních odborníků, jak se které dřezy hodí k výše zmíněným stylům kuchyní. Píšou o tom třeba v tomto článku.
Vypadá to, že do moderní kuchyně se hodí prakticky vše, nerez, granit, keramika i kámen. Osobně si teda keramiku s modernou moc nespojuji, ale když bude mít takový dřez správný tvar, asi to jde.
Mně tedy robustní keramický dřez ladí nejvíce k venkovskému stylu (jak se píše i tady). Když je navíc doplněn mosaznou retro baterií (to mě pobavilo, že u výrobců jsou jako retro baterie vnímány ty, které si pamatuji z dětství a návštěv na venkově u prababičky, zatímco retro kuchyně se vrací spíše do 50. a 60. let, takže pozor na to).
Do retro kuchyně bychom mohli použít smalt, ale myslím, že ho většina ráda nahradí nerezem. A možná ani ta keramika, v nějaké výrazné barvě, by nebyla úplně od věci.
Hm, takže vlastně když všechno dobře vyladím (třeba na https://bonio.cz/), můžu si dát jakýkoliv dřez do jakékoliv kuchyně 🙂
