Je kuchyně základem domácnosti?

Už je tomu několik let, kdy kuchyně z malé místnůstky určené ryze jen na přípravu jídla povýšila na jednu z nejdůležitějších místností v domácnosti, stalo se z ní vlastně takové srdce domova. Každému je jedno, jestli v ní vaří zkušený šéfkuchař, nebo teprve začínající hospodyňka. V kuchyni tak jako tak vznikají dobroty pro všechny členy rodiny a zároveň je to místo, kde se setkáváte s rodinou i přáteli. Není tedy divu, že při jejím výběru strávíte mnoho hodin.

Zařizujete kuchyň?

Každý, kdo zařizuje novou kuchyň, si myslí, že když projde dostatek ukázkových domů, jednoduše si mezi všemi vybere tu svoji. To je často právě ta základní chyba. Tak, jak jsou zasazené a rozložené skříňky i posazená pracovní deska v imaginární kuchyni, tak to totiž nebude vypadat u vás doma. Díky hezky vypadajícímu celku nevidíte chybičky v jednotlivých kusech. Jako první byste tedy měli prozkoumat a zhodnotit vaši dosavadní kuchyň. Co vám vyhovuje, co vadí, co chcete zachovat a co naopak udělat jinak. A s tím si sami bohužel často neporadíte. Všechno toto má naopak v popisu práce kuchyňské studio. Při zařizování kuchyně, která by vám měla sloužit po zbytek života, se tedy rozhodně vyplatí využít jeho služby. Laikovi to asi nepřijde, ale interiérový design je věda a je potřeba znát jeho pravidla.

Na co si dát pozor?

Pokud se i přesto rozhodnete vybrat si kuchyň sami, existuje řada věcí, na které si musíte dát při zařizování kuchyně pozor. V dnešní době není problém sehnat téměř cokoliv, ale neměli byste se řídit jen aktuálními trendy. Nestačí totiž klást důraz pouze na vzhled, ten by měl být jen jedním z kritérií, u kuchyně byste měli vyžadovat především funkčnost. Důležité jsou rovněž výběr a zpracování kvalitních materiálů. Kombinace všech těchto aspektů totiž zásadně ovlivňuje životnost kuchyně.
