Obvykle se kultivace provádí v průhledné skleněné nádobě. Nejlepší je použít třílitrovou sklenici. Čím větší nádoba, tím více máte sladké “medúzy”. - Přilijeme kombuchový nálev a vložíme kombuchového kulturu (hladkou stranou nahoru)
- Otvor láhve přikryjeme prodyšnou tkaninou a stáhneme gumičkou, uložíme na klidné a teplé místo.
