Spánek je pro naše zdraví a pohodu nezbytný, a proto vybrat kvalitní postel je priorita, věnujeme tomuto úkonu maximální pozornost. Nebo se chystáte na výměnu své staré postele za novou? Než se vydáte nakupovat nebo než kliknete na ´objednat´, tak si odpovězte na několik otázek. 

Čalouněná nebo dřevěná postel? Jakou zvolit?

Čalounění nebo dřevo?

Čalouněné postele jsou elegantnější a bez ostrých hran, což ocení rodiče malých dětí. Mnoho postelí je vybaveno úložným prostorem. Místo na odkládání předmětů větších rozměrů většinou není na škodu, proto si při výběru dávejte pozor i na tuto praktickou stránku.

Oplatí se masivní postele?

Stačí si vzpomenout na postele našich babiček, a uvědomíte si, že postele z masivu mají dlouhou životnost. Navíc jsou i velmi pevné, co jsme se na nich jako děti naskákali. Poctivý materiál nic nenahradí. Smrkové dřevo je měkčí a výrobky z něj jsou sice cenově výhodnější. Postele z dubového dřeva jsou dražší, ale tvrdší a kvalitnější, vydrží déle a nezřídka mají i delší záruku.   Nevýhodou postelí z masivu je jejich vyšší hmotnost.

Rovnováha je důležitá

Je dobré zvolit postel podle FENG SHUI?

Nejdůležitějším předpokladem je, aby postel nevrzala, příjemně vypadala a hlavně neuvolnila do vzduchu jedy. Podle starého čínského učení FENG SHUI by postel měla být dřevěná a vzdušná, což zaručuje optimální proudění energie a harmonie. FENG SHUI nedoporučuje postele kovové.

Jak si vybrat rošt?

Samotná matrace by měla odpovídat vašim rozměrům. Matrace musí být přibližně o 10 cm delší než vaše výška. Standardní šířky matrací jsou 90 a 80 cm. Pro větší komfort můžete vybrat větší délku i šířku matrace. Při standardních rozměrech se cena často nemění, u jiných záleží na typu matrace. Zatímco matrace má životnost přibližně 10 let, kvalitní rošt může vydržet celý život. Netřeba se proto bát investovat do takového pomocníka.
