Není nic neobvyklého, že si v našich klimatických podmínkách musíme zatopit už v září. Teploty klesají ve srovnání s létem dolů rychle i letos, přestože meteorologové hlásí nadprůměrně teplé září. Čím budete topit vy? Zkusili jste již k topení použít dřevěné brikety?
Brikety „neurazí“ kamna, kotel ani sporák na tuhé palivo
V mnoha domech, především na vesnicích, se stále topí tuhým palivem. To se však vrátilo i do novějších domů či do městského prostředí. Zejména v přechodném období podzimu a jara lidé kromě standardního topení využívají i topení v kamnech. Ty se stala opět atraktivní součástí interiéru.
Brikety jsou vhodné palivo pro kamna i krbová kamna. Stejně tak dobře poslouží například na chalupě pro zatopení ve sporáku, ale i pro topení v kotli napojeném na rozvody, či v kotli sloužícím k ohřevu teplé vody, tedy v tzv. lázeňských kamnech.
Nachystat si kvalitní dřevo na zimu je náročné – brikety nabízí pohodlí
Pohodlí bez příprav – přesně to zažije každý, kdo se místo dřevem rozhodne začít topit briketami. Koupit hotové vysušené dřevo je velice drahé. Dřevo je navíc náročné na velikost prostoru pro uskladnění. Pokud si dřevo na zimu chystáte vy, musíte na to myslet s předstihem dvou let. To je totiž minimální doba, po kterou by naštípané dřevo mělo schnout, aby bylo vhodné na topení. Brikety koupíte a používáte. Jediné, co vyžadují, je suché uskladnění.
S briketami máte vždy uklizeno
Samotné topení dřevem je též poměrně špinavá záležitost. Do interiéru nosíme velké množství topiva, které je neustále zdrojem znečištění podlah, a to nejen v přímém okolí kamen. Dřevěné brikety nabízí ve srovnání se dřevem čisté topení. Vybalíte je z igelitu, dáte třeba do koše na dřevo opatřeného tkaninou, nebo do kovového koše. Ke znečištění interiéru vůbec nemusí docházet.
Říkáte si, kdoví co do nich dávají…
Tak toho se určitě obávat nemusíte. Všechny druhy briket jsou vyráběny z dřevního materiálu, dřevěných pilin nebo kůry, pouze za pomoci vysokého tlaku. Díky tomu drží tvar a získávají svoji výhřevnost i mechanickou stálost při hoření. Brikety se po vylisování navíc suší, takže mají pro účely topení rovněž optimální vlhkost. Suché se balí do obalu, díky čemuž se s nimi snadno manipuluje – dobře se přepravují i skladují.
Minimum popela, a i tím pohnojíte zahradu
Velké množství popela je důsledkem nekvalitního spalování kamen. Brikety však nabízí samy o sobě minimalizaci vzniku popela. Což oceníme i proto, že moderní interiérová kamna dnes mají obvykle velice malé popelníky. Vzniklý popel je navíc ekologicky čistý. Brikety neobsahují mimo dřeva žádnou příměs, a skvěle se tak hodí k pohnojení zahrady. Určitě tedy popel z briket nevyhazujte do popelnice. Poslouží jako skvělý zdroj fosforu, draslíku, hořčíku i vápníku. Pouze jej neaplikujte ke kyselomilným rostlinám, jako jsou borůvky, rododendrony nebo azalky. Tam vzhledem ke svému složení nepatří.
